Altice Framework Agreement (Holdco) dated 25 February 2025 (the “Framework Agreement”)
1. We refer to the Framework Agreement. This is a Creditor Accession Letter. Terms defined in the Framework Agreement have the same meaning in this Creditor Accession Letter.
2. We agree, for the benefit of each Party, to be bound by the terms of the Framework Agreement as a Consenting Creditor.
3. We make the representations and warranties set out in clause 9.2 (Representations and Warranties of each Consenting Creditor) of the Framework Agreement to each other Party on the date of this Creditor Accession Letter.

We acknowledge and agree that any additional Debt purchased or otherwise acquired by us after the date of this Creditor Accession Letter shall automatically be deemed “Consenting Debt” and should be notified to the Parent through the delivery of an updated Confidential Annexure and/or, as applicable, updated Irrevocable Undertaking.
7. Clause 26 (Governing Law and Enforcement) of the Framework Agreement shall apply mutatis mutandis to this Creditor Accession Letter.
